At DIGIRG, we strive to provide quality services that meet our clients’ unique needs. Given the nature of our services, which include customized web development, hosting, CRM solutions, digital integrations, and proprietary ready-to-go website products, we have a strict No Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final, and DIGIRG does not offer refunds for any services purchased or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website Development, Design, and Hosting Services: No refunds will be provided once services are rendered or the website is delivered.
- Charges for Digital Integrations: This includes API setups, CRM solutions, and payment gateway configurations. Once integrations are completed, no refunds will be issued.
- Subscription Fees for Ongoing Services: Including hosting or maintenance subscriptions.
- Ready-to-Go Website Products: Once a license key for a product has been provided and the encrypted website code delivered, no refunds will be offered.
- Free Website Giveaway: While the website itself is provided at no charge as part of a giveaway, no customization, extra features, or modifications will be refunded. If additional work or customization is requested, charges will apply and are non-refundable.
Service Adjustments and Modifications
We encourage clients to carefully review their project requirements before purchasing any service. If changes or modifications are needed, DIGIRG will make every effort to accommodate them within the scope of the original agreement. However, substantial changes or additional services (including customizations beyond a free giveaway website or modifications to ready-to-go products) may incur additional charges, and these adjustments will be billed separately.
